What we eat, what we see, and what we believe about ourselves are all connected—far more than most of us realize. In this episode of Party’s Over, we dive into two of the biggest influences on women’s health and happiness today: the food we put into our bodies and the pressures we place on ourselves to “look perfect” in a world obsessed with images.
Let’s start with food.
Processed foods are everywhere. They’re convenient, packaged beautifully, and marketed as “better choices.” But there’s a huge difference between something simply processed… and something ultra-processed. As Vita explains in this episode, ultra-processed foods are packed with chemicals, artificial ingredients, sugar, preservatives, and things our bodies were never designed to consume. And they’re not just affecting our waistlines—they’re impacting sleep, mood, anxiety, hormones, and long-term health.
That’s why awareness matters. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to live like a food robot. But making conscious choices, reading labels, reducing ultra-processed foods, and fueling your body with what it truly needs? That’s empowerment.
And speaking of empowerment…
we also tackle something just as powerful: self-image vs. self-worth.
I sat down with licensed counselor Lane Happel, and we went deep into why so many women feel like they are never “enough.” We talked about social media, unrealistic beauty standards, comparison, judgment, aging, “likes as validation,” and the emotional toll of constantly chasing perfection.
If you’ve ever felt like:
“If I lose five pounds, I’ll be happier.”
“If I fix this wrinkle, I’ll feel good about myself.”
“If I looked more like her, life would be better.”
This episode is for you.
Because the truth is this: outer beauty without inner grounding is never enough. And inner strength, confidence, joy, humor, love, resilience—that’s real beauty. That’s what makes a woman unforgettable. That’s what heals.
And yes… we wrap with Spill It, because life is real, human, messy, funny, emotional, and honest—and that’s where the deepest connection lives.
This conversation is about loving yourself fully, protecting your body and your mind, and reclaiming peace from a world that keeps telling women they’re not enough.
Spoiler alert:
You are.
And it’s time to live like it.
